Booking Information and Policies

Kat fills her calendar one month at a time, and usually one month ahead of time, ie in April she will take submissions for projects to fill her May schedule, and in May she will take submissions for projects to fill her June schedule, and so forth.

Please familiarize yourself with my rates and policies below before submitting a project request.

  • When my books are open, you'll find a link to the booking form in my IG bio. To submit a project, you must fill out this form—it's the only way to book an appointment. This helps me stay organized and ensures fairness to all clients. If there's no link in my bio, it means my books are closed, and I'm not accepting new submissions at the moment.

    The booking form will ask for:

    • Tattoo concept description

    • Desired size, placement, and photos of the area

    • Reference/inspiration images

    • Budget

    • Availability

  • All my work is custom or flash designed specifically for my clients. I have a strict no-copying policy, meaning I do not replicate other tattoo artists' work and do not allow mine to be copied. However, I can recreate a version of another artist's work from a different medium (e.g., illustration or sculpture) if I have written permission from both the artist and the client. If you're unsure whether your idea fits these guidelines, feel free to send me an image for clarification.

  • My rate is $250 per hour. On average, a small to medium tattoo takes me about 3 hours to complete. My minimum is $250.

    I charge a one-time drawing fee of $50 for small/medium tattoos and $100 for larger pieces. This fee covers time spent on design, reference gathering, and consultation if needed. The drawing fee may be refundable at my discretion.

    In some cases, I may offer a flat rate based on factors like detail, size, placement, or coverups.

    Day Rate
    My full-day rate is $1200 for larger pieces (e.g., back, chest, half sleeve) that take over 5 hours, typically for multi-session work. If I finish a multi-session piece early, I will switch to an hourly rate for the remaining time.

    Sliding Scale Rate
    I offer a sliding scale rate for BIPOC, Trans, and disabled individuals upon request. For example, for a 1-hour tattoo, you can choose to pay anywhere between $175-$250, and for a 2-hour tattoo, between $350-$500, and so on. To request this pricing, simply select the “Opt In” checkbox on the submission form or email me. This is based on an honor system, and eligibility is self-determined—there are no follow-up questions.

  • To book an appointment, I require a non-refundable $100 deposit via PayPal. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo. It helps protect against no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

    Once you've selected a date, I'll email instructions for submitting the deposit. Please read the instructions carefully and only send the deposit when instructed to do so.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email me at least one week in advance. This allows time to fill the slot. Cancellations or reschedules with less than one week's notice will forfeit the $100 deposit, and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment. Exceptions may be made in case of emergency at my discretion.
